Max4U gives you a personalized website that you can use to market to potential Associates and customers globally. Whenever someone enrolls or purchases product from your site, credit for their actions is linked directly back to you. Additionally, Max4U comes with a BackOffice that provides you with a suite of tools to build and manage your business. There are two primary websites provided to Max4U subscribers. The first is max4u.com, a site that shares the entire Max International story, including product information and the business opportunity. The second site is maxgxl.com, a product-centric site that avoids talking about the business aspects of Max and focuses exclusively on the products.

When you subscribe to Max4U you select a screen name to use as part of the URL. So, for example, if you selected "Jim" as your screen name, the URLs you would share with people are as follows:

Using the Max4U BackOffice

Clicking on the Login link at the bottom of your Max4U site takes you to the BackOffice. The front page of the BackOffice gives you a snapshot of your personal and team stats. You can quickly review new Associates that have been added to your organization and the progress of existing members. Additionally, the Max Blog is displayed below your stat dashboard, providing you with up-to-date corporate news and announcements.


Detailed Genealogy

In the My Team section you will find additional reports and management tools. The Detailed Genealogy link opens a report that allows you to look at your organization's stats to easily sort and organize the data in real-time. By clicking on the category names at the top of the columns you can sort in ascending or descending order. You can also filter the results by typing in a value, or by using greater or lesser signs in the column sort fields. For instance, if you wanted to view all of the Associates in your organization who are positioned in your left leg with less than 100 personal volume you would select "L" at the top of the "Leg" column and type in "<100" at the top of the PV volume.


Binary Tree

In My Team you will also find a feature called Binary Tree. This displays your entire organization in a graphical manner that allows you to quickly navigate through your tree by dragging on the desktop or clicking on icons. Buttons at the top of the chart help you quickly move to the bottom of your tree where you can easily add new people by double-clicking on open spots to enroll them. The Enrollment Tree view lets you review only those who you have personally enrolled in Max.


Tools Section

In the Tools section are a number of useful resources to help you build your business:
Link Generator provides a way to create specific links that you can email to your prospects, conveniently sending them directly to a pre-populated shopping cart.
Capture Pages are custom-made web pages that you can send to prospects, with each page designed to "capture" their contact information.
Demonstration Data allows you check a box and populate your entire BackOffice with sample data, thereby hiding your actual stats and organization from people you are showing the BackOffice to.
Email is a Max4U-branded account that gives you a corporate address.
